Content Operations

Responsibilities1. Work closely with Head of Content operation team to develop & optimize a strong music programming strategy for Sidestream music, e.g. Indie, Rock, Hip-Hop, R&B, Jazz;2. Responsible for delivering high quality music content production, like playlists, for our users;3. Monitor performance indicators of your own work to deliver business objective goals;4. Proactively look for insight from within in-app content performance to cater user needs.Qualifications1. 3-5 years of working experience in music industry;2. Deep knowledge of music, both Indonesian & global;3. Basic data and analytic skills;4. Good problem solving skill;5. Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia; 6. Proficient in Excel, familiarity with TCS/CMS a plus;7. Excellent at multitasking.
