Qualification:- Minimum D3, S1 any major- Minimum GPA 2.75- Experience minimum 1 year in Call Center Inbound- Fresh Graduate are welcome- **Fluent in English both of Reading & Written**:- Communicative- Willing to work in SHIFTING SCHEDULE including Weekend and Public Holiday- Willing to place in YOGYAKARTAResponsible:- Handle Customer Inquiries by Chats- Provide Customers about Product and Service Information- Identify and Escalate Priority Issues- Documenting All Information According to Standard Operating Procedures- Complete All Chat Logs- Updating customers profile into computer- Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service- Able to quickly locate user problems and provide solutionKeuntungan:- Health and Safety Insurances- Holiday Payment- Shifting Allowance**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract**Salary**: Rp2,521,613 - Rp3,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Yogyakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- D1-D4 (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
