Construction Project Lead Designer

Design Development: Collaborating with architects, engineers and drafters to develop detailed design concepts for construction projects, ensuring that they meet client requirements and comply with building codes and regulations- Construction Drawings: Preparing comprehensive construction drawings and plans, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details, using computer-aided design (CAD) software like AutoCAD or Revit- Material and Finishes Selection: Assisting in the selection of appropriate materials, finishes, and fixtures that align with the project's design and budget- Cost Estimation Support: Collaborating with quantity surveyors to support cost estimation activities by providing accurate material quantities and design specifications- Design Reviews: Participating in design reviews to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to the project design- S1 (Bachelor) in Civil Engineering /Architect or a Related Field- Experience: Prior experience in architectural or construction design is preferred.
