Construction Hse (Health, Safety, And Environment)

Assist with the preparation of a construction health and safety planConfirm necessary documentation was submitted to the relevant authoritiesAttend project planning meetingsAssessments and approval of contractor(s) health and safety plansAttend the contractors site handoverAttend regular site, technical and progress meetingsFacilitate site health and safety meetingsIdentification of the hazards and risks relevant to the construction project through regular coordinated site inspectionsEstablish and maintain health and safety communication structures and systems, distribution of health and safety specific documents to sub-contractorsCompiling project specific emergency response and preparedness plansTesting the effectiveness of the emergency response plansConduct site safety inductionsEvaluate the levels of compliance of subcontractors to the project specific health and safety plan and client specifications through inspections and auditsOversee the reporting and investigation of project related incidentsOversee the maintenance of all recordsParticipation in management reviews of the health and safety systemsUse of trends analysis to identify system deficiencies and incident trends, outline relevant improvementsIncorporation of changes into a health and safety management systemReview and update the health and safety planDevelopment of technical reports in relation to health and safety issues and communicate through presentations to diverse groups of decision makersBachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.Male & single, domicile around Bekasi is a plusCertification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., OSHA) is highly preferred.Proven experience in construction health and safety management minimum 2 yearsStrong knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.Strong knowledge of CSMS, HIRA, JSA, PTW, PAA, SWL, P3K, SMK3L, Perancah, MSDS, Cargo Securing & Investigation.Having certificate general AK3 / construction AK3 & experience to process ISO 9001, ISO 45001
