As a Compliance Supervisor , you will be responsible for managing the implementation Quality Management System and other applicable standard, regulations, licensing and Pharmacopeia Requirement, Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), Site Change Control process as well as maintaining and report the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for site.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:
Manage implementation Quality Management System to site including Consumer Healthcare SOPs, Global SOPs, Compendium of Analytical Procedures (CAP) and other applicable standard, regulations, licensing and Pharmacopeia Requirement. Oversight change control procedure and ensure that all planned changes (permanent and temporary) relating to GMP activities are controlled in order to assure the quality, safety and efficacy of GSK materials and products and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Manage CAPA system at the site to ensure proper governance of CAPA. Support Compliance Manager for preparation for Site Quality Council and act as Back up for Compliance Manager for management Site Quality Council. Maintain and Report Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for site. Support Compliance Manager for preparation Site Master File (SMF) for each legal entities.

Graduate with degree in Pharmacy (Bachelor / Master). 1-3 years of industrial experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Proficient in English - both written and oral. Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
