Our mission is to empower business owners with interest-free tools to launch new businesses, take control of their financial futures, and create a better future for themselves and their communities.**About the Role**:**Responsibilities**:- Identify and build relationships with community leaders, organizations, and key stakeholders in target communities- Plan and conduct community outreach events and activities to raise awareness about BulkMagic's programs and services with merchants- Lead community meetings and forums to provide information, gather feedback, and build community support- Train new merchants on use of BulkMagic's app and best practices / strategies for business growth- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local government officials, community organizations, and other key stakeholders- Collect and analyze data to track the impact of community outreach activities and to inform future outreach efforts- Collaborate with BulkMagic's leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients- Experience in community organizing, outreach, and advocacy- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Ability to build relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and communities- Knowledge of the challenges faced by new micro-entrepreneurs and a passion for serving them- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
