Responsibility- Creating the strategy, developing the network, and utilizing the community to meet the objectives and target- Driving the product to lead the market in operation and service- Challenging creation under the BOD- Optimising experience and capabilities to devote to expanding the business- Gathering feedback, data, and insights from creators to make informed decisions- Grow followers and convert customers within the online and offline community- Managing all touchpoints within the community and working with content team to ensure consistency- Analytics - Track and measure engagement, growth, and conversions as a result of community conversations. Use data collected to scale growth, update strategies and also roll out best practices across- Define, monitor, and organize key metrics, KPI and goals (quantitative and qualitative) for social media performance evaluation and implement continuous improvement to Social Media activity- Coordinate with different stakeholders in the company to engage relevant communities through online and social media and community activations- Support marketing campaigns, giveaways, and other community events- Groom a network of voluntary moderators to help you in engaging with the community to be always active- Collect user feedback from the community and share it with internal functional partners- Foster and strengthen new relationships with key influencers within the community- Monitor positive/negative comments and topic trends, and strive to boost engagement and resolve any potential conflicts that may affect brand reputation- Generate comprehensive reports on overall community sentiment and notable trends and provide meaningful feedback- Stay updated on the latest cryptocurrency, investment, stock, and NFT updatesRequirement- 3+ years of experience in communications, online community management or social media marketing- Minimum of 3 years' experience to develop events for the community-based business- Significant abilities in implementing business from ideas to operations- Able to influence- Has the initiative, a critical thinker, result-oriented, process driven systematic- Experience working cross-functionally with an array of internal teams- Proven record of creativity and innovation in the social media space- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an understanding of how to translate complex topics and technologies into easy-to-understand messagingJenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu
