Overview:The Communications and Sustainability Manager is responsible for driving the execution of comprehensive internal and external communications and Sustainability priorities for Indonesia market. The Communications and Sustainability Manager will play a key role in implementing initiatives that drive the reputation of the company, including the pep+ strategy. This person will also manage day-to-day PR activities, including the relationship with the PR agency and media. This person will lead the development and execution of PepsiCo's pep+ strategy and sustainability roadmaps, matching with business needs. This role reports to Director of Government Affairs and Communications for PepsiCo Indonesia.**Responsibilities**:- Execute internal & external communication strategies in collaboration with leader, cross-functional teams, sector and corporate teams- Manage the communications strategy including development of communications materials, content development, leadership briefings, and social media engagement- Manage measurement, monitoring, and recapping of key activations and ongoing communications and executive visibility efforts- Leading the development and execution of company-wide sustainability strategies focusing on Packaging collection and recycling, and initiatives of pep+ agenda, matching sustainability roadmaps and business needs- Support the strategy development, stakeholder engagement, and management of multiple programs and pilots to drive integration of pep+ into the business.- Collect data and monitor and analyze all the sustainability initiatives to achieve the organization's sustainability goals.- Work with Sector team on key corporate communications and pep+ projects, mirroring sector-wide and company-wide priorities in the APAC Region.- Provide strategic counsel and support for cross-functional partnersQualifications:- 7+ years of experience in the areas of communications and sustainability; preferred within large organizations with diverse employee groups- Understanding of packaging collection and recycling activities and challenges in Indonesia.- Capacity and willingness to operate at both a strategic and tactical levels.- Ability to independently drive alignment within a highly matrixed set of stakeholders- Superior verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail- Multi-media capabilities, including graphic design and video production, social media savvy and experience in developing social media campaigns- Ability to deliver complex change messages in an effective, simple and engaging manner.- Demonstrated experience at organizational learning, capability building and leading through influence
