Novotel Suites Yogyakarta Malioboro with 147 rooms, 2 venues of dining (with 200 pax and 60 pax capacity), 1 ballroom (200 pax capacity), 7 meeting rooms. Located in the center of Jogjakarta on jalan Malioboro, opens since December 2019. A spacious pool bar is located on the roof top with city and mountains view. 
Job Description to work shift or split duty, depending on the needs of the business to discuss quality factors and defects on purchased goods with Head Chef to determine value and corrective action when necessary to assure a constant supply in quality and quantity to all food outlets to check daily all storage areas and maintains a high level of hygiene in all areas to assume orderly handling of all raw products and checks that quantities prepared are according to recipes and dish specifications to assure a smooth operation during all service periods, keep good communication with all outlet supervisors  Qualifications Able to plan work assignments based on occupancy forecast, banquet order and work sheet and adjust schedule to meet emergencies
Able to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
