**Job Descriptions and Requirements**:- Preferably specialized in Western Food.- Preferably have a minimum of 1-2 working experience (excluding Internship) in 4-Star to 5-Star hotels as Commis.- Preferably have experience working in a Fine Dining/Semi Fine Dining Restaurants.- Familiar with HACCP procedures and able to follow them perfectly.- Able to maintain a kitchen environment that promotes flair, creativity, and consistency in the quality of food taste and presentation.- Able to ensure that all Food Safety System policies and guidelines are followed.- Able to assess and monitor cleanliness on a daily basis, ensuring that all equipment remains clean and in good working order.- Able to supervise, guide, and develop chefs of a lower grade (such as Daily Workers and Interns) in ensuring the quality of food production remains at optimum levels.- Able to liaise closely with the Section Chef, ensuring food quality and preparation techniques are of the highest standard.- Able to closely monitor and control the daily food merchandise, ensuring quality of goods received, taking corrective action where necessary.- Able to follow and support the job direction given by the section chef.- Ensuring all Hotel policies and procedures are correctly observed and followed.- Able to perform any additional tasks as delegated by management or guests to ensure our guests receive outstanding service.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: Rp4,641,854 per monthCOVID-19 considerations:All employees are required to wear double masks at all times and are already vaccinated with booster vaccine.Application Question(s):- Would you be able to come to the interview in Jakarta Pusat?- Would you be able to work in the Jakarta Pusat area?- Do you have any Hospitality education?- Have you been Vaccinated with Booster Vaccine?**Experience**:- Commis - Western Food: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)Shift availability:- Day Shift (required)- Night Shift (required)
