The incumbent will develop expert-level knowledge in specific commercial sectors and establish broad contacts in the U.S. and Indonesian private sectors and within the Indonesian government. The selected individual will be responsible for delivering a wide range of export promotion services and commercial advocacy, counseling American clients on challenges and opportunities in the Indonesian market. Responsibilities will also include joint supervision of one commercial clerk to ensure the quality and timely capturing of performance measures and responsiveness to client requests.**Qualifications and Evaluations**:- Requirements:EXPERIENCE: a minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in high Technology, Marketing, Business Management, Trade Promotion, Trade Policy, Commercial Banking or other Business experience.JOB KNOWLEDGE: Must have a recognized expert level of knowledge of Indonesia's economy, business customs and practices, marketing channels and Indonesia's laws, regulations and policies relating to trade and investment. Must have an expert level knowledge of the U.S. and Foreign Commercial Service trade promotion goals, programs, policies and procedures, including marketing strategies and reporting requirements.
