Janio is looking for Commercial Position to join our rapidly expanding Indonesia Commercial team. We are looking for an experienced driven leader to build and scale our sales for Indonesia. In this role, you will also be expected to align our commercial strategies with the marketing and product teams, as well as implementing core go-to-market initiatives to support our Indonesia revenue function.
As part of your responsibilities, you will lead the Indonesia sales team dive into complex business challenges and grow the team to drive revenues. We invite candidates with an entrepreneurial and motivated mindset, as well as a keen interest in eCommerce, combining logistics with new technologies, to apply. You must be a hands’ on, roll up your sleeves type of leader, and should enjoy a fast-paced, high impact entrepreneurial environment. Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in a corporate sales role and proven leadership track record in an ecommerce or logistics capacity. Related experience in cross-border ecommerce is a plus
Ability to craft compelling presentations, and able to relay information in a seamless way.
Strong interpersonal, networking and communication skills
Can work independently as well as speak and write English fluently, other Asian languages are a strong bonus
Highly creative and ambitious with a strong passion for acquiring clients
