Responsibilities
• Provide excellent service to guests in the Mini-vacation program• Implement pre-arrival procedures and record in system• Act as first point of contact for Minivac guests• Coordinate accommodation and special arrangements• Resolve Minivac guests' complaints• Offer compensation and gifts to compensate for mistakes• Review arrival list and distribute welcome gifts• Ensure guests are booked into appropriate showcase dates and times• Work closely with business partners and vendors for transfers• Attend to guests' inquiries and provide food & beverage services• Work closely with Wyndham Sales team to schedule showcases• Maintain friendly and courteous demeanor at all times
Requirements
• Administrative and guest service experience• Good communication and coordination skills• Ability to resolve customer complaints• Attention to detail and organizational skills• Friendly and cheerful demeanor
