Manage Service Partners' Requirements And Issues, Develop Incentives, And Help Partners Develop Capabilities.4. Enable Partners With Cloud Capabilities In Migration, O&M, And VIP Customer Services To Help Partners Provide More Offerings To Customers.**Requirement**1.
