**Job Description Summary**: To support sales team to achieve sales and profit target of BD products at the areas assigned. Provide education of products to customers.Willing to stay or relocate to Surabaya.**Who We Are****Main Responsibilities**- Support sales team to achieve sales and profit target of BD products on assigned area.- Develop training programs and modules for education to sales team, distributor's sales force and customers.- Implement training programs to sales team, distributor's sales force and customers.- Develop strategy on conversion plan of hospital, offer value added service of clinical team ability to help hospital process.- Work with training department of key customer on regular bases as BD differentiation.- Improve training material to support customer based on "Best Practice".- Update on clinical process at the hospital, based on hospital benchmark.- Feedback on competitor product feature and benefit compare to BD F&B.- Develop collaboration programs with professional institutions.**Culture and Benefits**Here at BD, we embrace a growth mindset, building capabilities for the future and helping you become the best version of yourself.
