We are on a mission to scale globally and work with the best caliber of people to make it happen.As a Client Success Associate, you will deliver success and satisfaction to existing customers by serving as a friend, partner and consultant. You should be smart and thoughtful who deeply understand our product to lead customers to solutions that fit their needs. You should love communicating with our customers on a daytoday basis so that you can inform our product roadmap by advocating internally for customer feature requests, while managing expectations for future release. You must also set the bar for customer satisfaction because we want our customers to love us.**This role will involve**:Conduct research on clients' recruitment and sourcing needsDrive education, adoption, retention, growth, and renewals among our client base by understanding their business needs and helping them succeedUnderstand client outcomes by communicating with clients, analyse client health metrics, run NPS and gather other feedback from clients.Represent the voice of the client to provide input into every core product processCollaborate with the product and development team to set up or configure our platform as per clients' requirements and troubleshoot technical issues raised by clientsCollaborate closely with team members support renewals and expansion opportunitiesServe as the primary contact for the onboarding of new client and the training of the Kalibrr platformProvide insights to clients to ensure that clients get the most out of the platform with the aim of helping grow our client baseProven track record of working in a customer facing role. Preferably 1-2 years Customer Success or Account management experience in a SaaS or software company.Passion for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing SaaS companyExperience building and maintaining relationships, while working to mitigate churn and drive engagement and renewalsExperience working with cross-functional teams to (e.g. Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering) to drive the success of clientsStrong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights. Extensive experience with Excel / Google Sheets is preferredDriven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a "can do" attitudeExceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail orientedEmpathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goalsComfort in a startup environment, one who can move in a dynamic environment
