As a Client Service Associate you will be responsible for managing the Front Office relationship for all business requests in Onboarding/Remediation/Renewals. You will facilitate the end to end client onboarding KYC process, incorporating all due diligence documentation in to the KYC platform.**This role you will**:- Manage new business requests received from the Front Office and oversee the KYC process end to end- Act as an SME and Due Diligence expert to guide clients through the KYC requirements and variation of documents which may fulfil due diligence requirements- Conduct in-depth analysis on the ownership structure of the client on publicly available sources (not limited to company registries) or client documentation, and seek additional confirmation or approvals as required while working closely with the Front O ffi ce and potentially direct with clients as required, to obtain all necessary supporting evidence to fulfil KYC due diligence- Liaise regularly with the business to conduct workload planning, review status of key onboarding's and prioritize open requests- Frequently interact with key stakeholders such as Legal, Compliance, Credit and Operations to develop strong partnerships, eliminate roadblocks and ensure continuity of information flow across the groups- Create quality KYC profiles ensuring accuracy, completeness and validity, incorporating multiple risk factors in compliance with global regulatory requirements- Stay informed of any changes to processes and procedures, regulatory change and ensure open verbal dialogue with colleagues across the region and execute process improvements**You will be successful in this role if you have**:- Bachelor's Degree with minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, operations, treasury, sales or portfolio management, preferably with work experience primarily in banking or the financial service industry- A strong aptitude for strategic thinking and tactical execution- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; able to effectively communicate clearly and concisely- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners- Ability to use data to create metrics and reporting- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)J.P.
