Client Relations Specialist - Jakarta

MT**Responsibilities**:Basic Client Services:- Generate regular Regular checkpoint reports.- Supporting our CSM on providing technical consultation for advertisers.Administrative and Troubleshooting- Support troubleshooting issues, Campaign troubleshooting and Digital Assets troubleshooting, following up with internal and external parties.- Support with internal administrative duties to streamline servicing of large advertisersMeasurement- Create Brand Lift Study and Conversion Lift Study reporting using internal tools- Campaign and insight analysis to enhance advertisers marketing performance on the social media platforms=====**Qualifications**- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as digital marketer, either in agency or advertiser company.- Client service or business development experience working with clients / external party is preferred- Capability to create a technical proposal and deliver client presentations would be a plus.- Proficiency in business english and bahasa Indonesia- Undergraduate degree from a reputable universityJenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, SementaraPanjang kontrak: 12 bulanGaji: Rp8.000.000 - Rp15.000.000 per bulanPendidikan:- S1 (Diutamakan)Pengalaman:- Digital Marketer: 2 tahun (Diutamakan)
