Claims Specialist (Cv English Only)

To sustain our growth in Indonesia, we are currently looking for Claims Specialist andCustomer Service Officer.**A previous experience in Insurance is a MUST**You will report directly to the Regional Claims Manager.You will have the possibility and range to have an impact in a fast-moving setting.Your responsibilities will include:- Understand client needs, eligibility, and coverage to provide insightful assistance.conditions and benefit schedule.- Cooperate with Medical and Claims teams to formulate the proper reply.- Perform daily tasks of the claims department (data entry, claims processing andpayment reports)- Handle hospitalization pre-approvals by checking the coverage and eligibility.- Contact healthcare providers and customers as part of the claims and Letter of the guarantee process.- Assist in report drafting and activity monitoring of the operations.- Provide support to management and recommend service improvement.- Assist in process formalization and project managementYou have:- Bachelor's Degree, specialization in nursing or medicine being a strong plus- 3+ previous experience in nursing, health administration or claims administration- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strong customer focus.- Working proficiency in oral and written English - we will only consider resumes written in English- A great sense of accuracy and strong work ethicsWhat we offer:- You will further specialize in a sought-after profession- You will integrate into a dynamic and committed team of professionals in a regional setting- We offer development and career opportunities in a fast-growing tech-driven company
