At our core, we prioritise teamwork and foster a culture built on strong collaboration and we are looking for talented people like you.**About the role**We are seeking an experienced Claims Executive with a strong focus on claim process to join our dynamic team. As an Claims Executive you will be working with the Operations team and play a crucial role in claim to make Igloo become the future of insurance.**Responsibilities**:- Handling all claims with expected performance mínimal 150 claims per day within service level agreement.- Fully responsible for any claim ticket assignment within service level agreement.- Manage decent communication with each business partner regarding the claim process and result.- Create report for any claims occurred for each business partner.- Perform administrative tasks for claim team or any duties assigned.- Able to use technology platform basis on daily claim operational activities- Problem solving & Excellence services oriented to handle claim cases on operational activities- Excellence communication skills among team members as well as crossed functions- Giving improvement ideas to Claim Lead to ease claim business process**Job Requirements**- Bachelor Degree, Preferable in Industrial Engineering / Management Insurance- 3-4 years experience in relevant role- Have basic knowledge of Claim process experiences from General / Health / Life Insurance / Brokerage Company- Prior experience working in a high-growth environment, ideally with a mix of experience in MNCs and start ups- Critical thinking skills and growth mindset- A self-starter with hands-on experience
