Requirements Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Management or equivalent Minimum 3 years of experience in the agency business, experience in general insurance would be advantageous Candidate with more than 8 years of relevant experience would be considered for the senior manager role. Possess good communication skills with agents and with the marketing team Proficiency in English & Indonesian language.
