**About the job CK Production Manager (FnB)**:**JOB SUMMARY**- This role will be responsible for managing the Central Kitchen Operation and inventory. This position will be based in East Jakarta**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**- Managing the overall operation of the Central Kitchen- Estimate and ensure production capacity to match the daily need in the outlets- Ensure a consistent food and flavor quality in each production- In contact with supplier for procurement- Manage the delivery schedules to outlets in Jabodetabek**QUALIFICATIONS**- Minimum 1 year of experience leading a Central Kitchen- Good understanding of ingredients preferably Indonesian cuisine- Proven experience in handling food manufaturing in bulk- Experienced in predicting production needs, procurement, and directing delivery schedules to outlets
