**Job Description**An exciting opportunity to join the Global Corporate Banking Indonesia team covering the subsidiaries of Fortune 500 Multinational corporate clients located in Indonesia. We are looking for an exceptional individual with the ability to provide banking and transactional solutioning to grow sustainable revenues and ensure we continue to deliver a best in class service to our clients.**Key Responsibilities**:- Cultivate and develop effective relationship by addressing Multinational corporate clients' unique banking requirements with JPM's value proposition and global network- Identify new opportunities and cross-sell initiatives to grow and expand the Indonesian portfolio by working closely with Regional and Headquarter bankers, and other internal stakeholders- Facilitate the origination efforts with product partners, Regional and Headquarter bankers to identify, structure and deliver value-add solutions across product universe including DCM, Cash Management, Trade Finance (including ECA), Traditional Lending, Structured Finance, FX & Rates, Commodities; as well as to ensure relationship maintenance and revenue/product up-tiering of existing portfolios- Conduct and manage deal pitches and execution seamlessly via creating high-quality account planning, pitch books and strategy papers for both internal and external purposes.- Responsible for driving and delivering financial goals as an individual contributor as well as a team player.- Support the team to manage KYC on-boarding, renewal and remediation processes.**Your Background:- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia- 5-10 previous banking experience preferred- Coverage banker with proven ability to build and develop client relationships, win new business, close transactions and develop networks, both internally and externally- Has a sound knowledge of corporate banking products including credit, cash management, trade services, and FX- Strong financial analytical skills, able to identify clients' potential banking requirements via effective quantitative and qualitative analysis including credit & risk analysis, detailed capital structure and business model analysis- Display consistently high standard of personal integrity and commercial judgment- Strong sense of discipline to adhere to all banking regulations and rules in relation to compliance, KYC, AML and sanctions- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills- Strong partnership skills and proven track record of managing cross cultural environments and inter-department collaboration behaviorJ.P.
