Chief Technology Officer - Fintech

As exciting fintech start up is recruiting for a Chief Technology Officer - Fintech to work from their head office in Jakarta. This is an established company with good funding and a portfolio of international investors.
About the Chief Technology Officer - Fintech Role:
Reporting to the CEO, you would have full responsibility over all areas of technology, including engineering, projects, design, budgeting and planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop the overall technology strategy and software architecture
Evaluate partner options and implement systems infrastructure
Ensure security, scalability and performance of overall technology infrastructure
Manage the wider technology team of over 20
Align the company’s technology development plan with the company’s business goals
Drive system infrastructure decisions to ensure performance and capital efficiency
Manage within target KPIs, project time-lines, and overall budgetary goal

To succeed in this Chief Technology Officer - Fintech role, you must have a degree in Computer Science.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years' experience with at least five as a CTO or Engineering Manager
Proven experience in an Indonesian start-up (essential)
Proven experience in a Financial Service or Fintech business (desirable)
Background in Engineering/ Application Development
Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude
Strong desire to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced start up with highly driven team
