Chief Financial Officer (Cfo)

Job Requirements:- Men (age 38 - 45) or Women (age 45 - 55).- Expert on International Financing.- Expert in Corporate Finance.- Deep knowledge in Financial Structure.- Deep knowledge in Capital Market.- Sufficient knowledge on International Bank.- Highly skilled in Fund Raising.- Highly skilled in Financial Engineering.- Well proven track record of networking on international Bank.- Experience working in Foreign Banking, Sekuritas, or Finance Investment Bank (JP Morgan or Merrill Lynch)Job Descriptions:- Presenting and reporting accurate and timely financial information of the company. This includes working on annual financial reporting, organizational revenue/expense reporting, press releases, development and monitoring of contract/grant and organizational budgets.- Responsible for the company's overall financial health.- Decision making on the investment of the company's funds to make the financial position better.- Managing the company's funds in the best possible manner.- Identifying the most efficient areas of the company and knows how to capitalize it.- Developing new business and assist the CEO in the drafting of prospective programmatic budgets, identifying new funding opportunities and determining the cost effectiveness of prospective service delivery.- Working with the CEO on the long-term strategic vision of the company which includes fostering and cultivating stakeholder relationships accross various levels as well as assisting in the development and negotiation of contracts.- Developing and Maintaining the check of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the organization.- Attending Board Meetings on a regular basis and provide useful/neccessary financial inputs on various parameters.**Salary**: From Rp35,000,000 per month**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- Financial: 10 years (preferred)
