Chief Engineer Delonix Hotel Karawang

We are looking for an Chief Engineer who is highly motivated to work with our Engineering team for our Delonix Hotel Karawang.**Responsibilities**- Manages all engineering/maintenance operations, including maintaining the building, grounds and physical plant with particular attention towards safety, security and asset protection.- Accountable for managing the budget, capital expenditure projects, preventative maintenance and energy conservation. Responsible for maintaining regulatory requirements.- Leads the emergency response team for all facility issues.**Requirements**:- Experience at least 2 years solid experience in Engineering in the hospitality industry and must have experience as Chief Engineering,- Good in English communication in both written and spoken.- Strong leadership skills with an acute sense of good judgment and critical thinking.- Excellent organization skills, analytical skills, tact, strong follow-up skills, and project management.- Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication skills.- Good knowledge of project construction and direct experience would be an advantage.- Has the ability to analyze financial data, budgeting, and cost calculation for an effective return on investment.- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required. Master's degree is desirable.
