DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Responsibilities : Daily update and coordination with Operational, Technical, Marketing
Preparing chartered
Preparing and coordination shipping document
Provides any necessary data or reports to the manager
Updates all contact informations for clients
Checking voyage order
Performance monitoring under term of charter party
Laytime calculation
Off hire calculation
Voyage calculation & demmurage claims
Calculate for payment of freight
Claims handling ( speed, over consumpyion, slow pump, losses)
Keep track of vessel, ROB and checking figures

Requirements :

Age 25 - 35 years
At least 2 year(s) of working experience
Min Dilpoma Degree
Min in pasive English
Able to operate MS Office
Proactive and motivated to leran new things
Willing to be placed in Medan
