Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.**Responsibilities**:- City Growth / Area Trade Marketing Executive Management- Liaise with marketing, visual merchandising team, and sales team to ensure on-time key visuals implementation in stores- Develop PICOS (Picture of Success) and monitor its implementation in stores. Including must stock SKUs, main shelf planogram, and secondary display. Along with Impact reviews- Initiate POB / POSM innovation to improve contacts and conversion in stores- Net Revenue Management (Trading Terms & POB development)**Requirements**:- Bachelor degree from any major (preferably economics / management / engineering)- Minimum 3 years Experience in Channel / Trade Marketing / Sales is preferable- Strategic thinking and sharp acumen to identify strategic channel development plan Market analysis, monitoring & evaluation skill is a must- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.We have a 'CREATE' culture (Collaborative, Responsible, Eccentric, Agile, Tough, Effective).
