**Responsibilities**:- Driving the company's financial planning- Business partnering and decision support- Leading finance and operations team- Optimization and improvement of processes- Managing of budgets and forecasting- Business performance management- Control, compliance and risk management**Key Requirements**- Bachelor's degree/Masters in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration- In depth knowledge of processes- At least 10 years of working experience in a controller role- Strong analytical thinker, detail oriented and good leadership skills- Strong leadership abilities to build, manage and motivate teams- Excellent written and verbal communicator at all levels.- Personal certification is a plus- Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must
