Department Operations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationIndonesia - JakartaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.- Monitor and manage the centralized on-call and Linehaul booking system according to the Service Level Agreement- Ensure the centralized on-call and Linehaul booking system meets our Key Performance Indicators- Resolve any issues that arise with the centralized on-call and Linehaul booking system- Collaborate with the product, operations, and Vendor Management teams**Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree, MBA holder is a plus- Have 4 to 7 years of work experience in Logistic data entry- Data Management- Compiling and formatting data- Able to work shifts and under pressure, Initiative, Positive attitude- Software processing, Basic scripting and automation
