The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee's buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.- Strategic, project-based role focusing on scaling up and driving business performance of Shopee Supermarket- Identify new revenue streams for the business, focus on growing user acquisition, and building retention- Problem-solving through investigation, analysis, solution design, monitoring, and reporting of key issues affecting the business function- Support ongoing initiative to ensure effective and on-time implementation, often through coordination with other departments**Requirements**:- Bachelor degree in engineering and/or business management from top university- MBA is a plus- 2+ years of work experience in a project management role with a tech-startup, management consulting experience with a top firm is a plus- Proficiency in Ms. Office, especially Excel (Pivot, INDEX MATCH, IF functions) and Powerpoint- Fluency in English- Strong analytical and interpersonal skill- Independent contributor with a can-do attitude
