South Tangerang, BantenWork Type: Contract**Key Responsibilities**- Managing and tracking a high volume of hiring processes while also providing guidance, gathering feedback, and pushing job processes forward.- Developing and improving development programs for graduates' soft skills.- Coaching and consulting our talents and understanding their career needs.- Provide companies and help them have the right talents.**Qualification**- Good English proficiency in both written and spoken- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, learning development, or other related fields.- Having a good knowledge of career development (interviewing and hiring) and law employment.- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills (build a connection with customers).- Proficient with Google Working Space- Bachelor's degree is a plus
