Delete or amend as needed.- Resolving guests' issues, making menu suggestions, delivering food and drinks tables, describing the dishes to the guests, recommending selections, overseeing service staff, monitoring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the flow of service throughout the dining room- Process sales transactions as a cashier- Supervise the performance of the team to comply with predetermined SOP- Dealing with complaint guests with a friendly, polite and polite attitude- Control the best hygiene and hygiene standards in restaurants- Responsible for all activities and transactions at the outlet- Ensure availability and completeness of product stock- Follows through and communicates with Management team/Chef on procedures and special requests- Assist in stocking and rotating- Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts- Stay up to date on merchandise promotions, advertisements and product informationJob Requirement:- Must have (basic/fluent) spoken and written (English, Bahasa Indonesia)- Work experience as a Captain or in a similar role in F&B- Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate a cash register POS system- Strong communication and time management skills- Customer satisfaction-orientedJenis Pekerjaan: Penuh WaktuGaji: Rp2.400.000 - Rp2.800.000 per bulan
