Campaign Operation Executive (For Getplus)

**Job Description**:- Manage & monitor day to day workflow and setup for projects and campaigns across platforms.- Regularly provide analysis on performance against forecasts and making adjustments as necessary to fulfill the set objectives.- Collect data and track the performance of all campaign activities and channels against set KPIs.- Spearheading relations with account team working on common accounts to ensure alignment with clients.- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues on campaigns, especially conversion-oriented ones.- Innovating to improve performance, growth, and profitability across all channels.- Accountability and full ownership for campaign performance and aligned KPIs.- Training and mentoring executives to take up implementations across platforms.**Job Requirement**:- Previous experience in a role with a focus on managing content in ATL advertising.- Having expertise in operating or creating video content is an added value.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.- Have a good attitude and can adapt to change.- Experience managing complex projects and multi-tasking with excellent organizational skills.
