Cafe Staff

A Cabin Lodge in **Kintamani, Bali** is looking for a talented and enthusiastic **Cafe Staff (Full-time)****Responsibilities**:- Brew and serve coffee according to established recipes and standards- Prepare simple food items for customers- Perform cleaning tasks to maintain a hygienic and orderly cafe environment- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the customers' experience- Address customers' concerns or complaints in a timely and courteous manner- Replenish amenities to customers and maintain utmost cleanliness in the café- Provide assistance and support in emergency situations- Take food and beverages orders to the customers**Requirements**:- Indonesian citizen- Fluent written and verbal communication in English- Proven working experience as a Cafe Staff or in a similar role- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role would be a plus- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Strong attention to details and accuracy in order taking and delivery- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with other cafe staff members- Able to work in shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidaysApplication Question(s):- Do you have experience as a Cafe Staff or in a similar role?**Language**:- English (preferred)
