Job description for Business Development at AksoroKey Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and requirements- Develop and maintain positive client relationships- Keeping dozens of hiring processes on track simultaneously - including providing guidance, gathering feedback and pushing the recruitment processes forward- Work with internal team members to ensure end to end recruitment process is going wellSkills Needed:- Preferably have experience as a Business Development or similiar- Good analytical skill, good planning & organizing skill- Good communication skill and preferably a people person- Seek for fast growing environment- Willing to be placed at Yogyakarta (WFO)Pay: Rp4,000,000 - Rp5,000,000 per monthAbility to Commute:- Yogyakarta (required)Ability to Relocate:- Yogyakarta: Relocate before starting work (required)
