Business Strategy Manager - B2B Sourcing

**Responsibility**- Business strategy manager will handle the B2B Sourcing business and will have a huge role and impact to accelerate the business both by providing an executable strategy on how to acquire new customers outside current Evermos (Everpro) or existing core customers.- Overseeing B2B Sourcing business achievement on a day-to-day basis.- Maintain a healthy financial & operational for B2B Sourcing- Maintain team performance & coordinate with internal & external stakeholders on how to achieve business goals.- Responsible for the development of the team including skill and personal development.**Requirements**:- Having a huge understanding of supply management and demand creation- Have knowledge and networks of retail suppliers- Having good business acumen and leadership- Experience in sales (especially B2B) at least 3 years- Having a growth mindset & can do attitude- Understand financial metrics that impact B2B Sourcing business
