**Position as Field Sales**Responsible to develop market for Bandung and west java area with high levels of sales activity, customer acquisition + retention. Accountable for personal and team targets and achievements.**Key Tasks**- Initiate, start, lead and monitor new business acquisitions based on personal and team targets and in line with local and global strategy- Create sales strategies to attract new clients and potential business opportunities- Maintain high degree of sales activities (client visits) for both own and team customer portfolio.- Monitor objectives to align with set targets- Focus on developing key industry verticals whilst leveraging off the global/regional network- Responsible on to achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs- Become the main point of contact for performance or challenge issues- Drive solutions and products to enhance our service offer to our clients together with the product managers and or branch managers- Monitor & manage various KPIs through our CRM system- Deliver Monthly or Quarterly business review (BR) with clients- Responsible for Volume, Revenue, Profit, Product Development and Engagement and People Development- Any other job-related tasks as assigned by the superior.- Adherence to the **Code of Conduct policy of the DSV Group****Competencies**- Strong business acumen with good analytical skills- Customer oriented with strong negotiation and influencing skills- Strong sales drive and resilience and be initiative- Strong teamwork and willing to help developing others- Able to work independently and under a fast changing business environment- Good command of spoken and written English- Proficient PC skills with excellent MS Office skills**Experience & Education**- Degree holder in Business Administration, Logistics Management or related discipline- Minimum 3 years' sales experience in service industry with solid track records in customer acquisition and account management and preferably in a leadership position**Position as Field Sales**Responsible to develop market for Bandung and west java area with high levels of sales activity, customer acquisition + retention.
