Business Development Representative

By leveraging technology and the internet, we have forged a virtual employment ecosystem that enables members of the marginalized communities, may it be persons with disabilities (physical and mental), refugees, senior citizens, minorities, and other underserved communities, to collaborate & build a world-class organization, delivering remote back-end support and digital learning services globally.We are looking for BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE(Full time, 100% Remote Work, highly competitive pay with at least $400 USD to 500 USD per month depending on qualifications)As a Business Development Representative, the competent individual will perform the following:1. Promoting the Company's products and services to the market - presentation, preparing marketing materials/business proposal;2. Studying the market, and to help shape the Company's strategic plan and business plan;3. Maintaining relationship with existing/new clients assigned to you by providing support, information and guidance needed;4. Ensuring the updating and accuracy of data in CRM;5. Supporting and assisting any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the People Manager.As a Business Development Representative, you will need to have the following qualifications:- Not required but administration experience is preferred.- A natural ability to write to and speak in English and Bahasa Indonesia with leads.- Proficient with Microsoft Office.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Organized and detail oriented.- Ability to maintain confidentiality, act with integrity and professionalism.- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.- Self-motivated, team player and can work with minimum supervision.**Salary**: Rp6,300,000 - Rp8,600,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Experience**:- business development: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)- Bahasa Indonesia (required)Expected Start Date: 01/10/2023
