Business Development/Merchant Acquisition

Job Description: Provide sales and marketing support to build a pipeline of leads to meet business plans and company objectives. Generate leads through canvassing/outbond, and convert new leads into signed deals. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly report Maintain positive and professional relationships with all stakeholders, including merchants and partners to help them with transactions, programs, or issues. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue. Job Requirements: Have at least 2 years of experience working as Sales/Business Development/B2B Acquisition in payment gateway or fintech. Willing to work from the office in Alam Sutera, Tangerang. Willing to travel outside the city for work. Proficient in using Microsoft Office. Familiar and passionate about sales work, possessing excellent negotiation and communication skills. Able to work independently and/or with a team. Target oriented.
