Job Responsibility Business Development Manager: Job Description & Responsibilities : Work closely with home owners, architects, interior designer, and building contractors Analyze consumer buying patterns and predict future trends. (Preferably on High End Furniture/Furniture Building material-flooring/walls, sanitary ware and lighting. Product knowledge and updates market trends. Regularly review performance indicators, such as sales and discount levels and manage plans for stock levels and write reports and forecast sales levels. Negotiation and prepare contract agreement. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
