Job DescriptionPossess in-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, Logistics, Distribution, Freight, and Transport segments, enabling effective selling of software solutions.Define and execute winning strategies that respond to market needs, ensuring competitive advantage and consistent revenue growth in existing and new marketsDevelop aggressive market penetration strategies and lead a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth.Meet and exceed sales quotas while adhering to company sales rules of engagement.Establish and maintain professional relationships with key decision-makers to create a well-qualified pipeline of prospective opportunities.Research, source, and make initial contact with potential clients, meeting them to accurately qualify prospects and establish needs.Prepare and present proposals, effectively closing new accounts in targeted verticals.Network and actively participate in User Groups, Associations, and Trade Shows in targeted verticals, including after-hours events.Provide timely feedback to management regarding performance, sales activity reports, and account strategy concerns.RequirementBachelor's degree in any major.Proven experience in sales and business development for software products for more than 10-15 years.Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).Ability to manage a pipeline with multiple accounts.Ability to work as an individual driven and grow team.Must be open to travel as needed.Additional RequirementGenderAllAge30 - 35 Year(s) oldMin.
