Business Development Manager - East Java

Drive sales growth and increase market share in assigned area by growing the base of existing and potential customer in the Oil & gas, Power Plant, Chemical, Pulp & Paper and Mining segments.- Manage customer relationship from top to bottom and ensure customer satisfaction through effective product and service offerings.- Drive value selling and value communication actions at key accounts- Meet sales target- Develops, implements and sustains comprehensive account plans to achieve monthly and annual sales numbers- Understand customer requirement and offer correct product or technology solution- Teamwork with supply chain and service teams to ensure fulfillments of order to customer satisfaction.- Monitor and analyze competition activities in the sales territory- Regular updating of CRM - SFDCWhen you join us, you'll also be joining Danaher's global organization, where 80,000 people wake up every day determined to help our customers win.
