Business Development

**Job Descriptions**:- Assist in conducting research and data analysis related to business development plan.- Process payment request, advances, and accountability through SAP and Workflow.- Assist in the creation and distribution/circulation of project supporting documents (eg MOM, MDA, MOU, Agreement, etc)- Verifying evidence / documents of work from potential partners.- Receive, process, input, and save invoices / documents from potential partner into the system.- Maintain and store evidence of project works.- Keep copies of important legal documents such as letter of agreement deeds and so on.- Assist in managing the team's logístical needs such as meeting and meeting room reservations, tranportation, business trip, signing events, etc.**Job Requirements**:- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Management / Economics / Engineering (Architecture, Civil, Urban Planning).- Having working experience of at least 1 year in property development company (Property consultant, developer, etc) will be a plus point.- Good communication skills.- Computer literate (Ms.Office).- Fluent in English (spoken and written).- Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
