Responsibilities
• Research companies and establish relationships with potential managers or CEOs• Craft emails to communicate the value of HRIS and schedule introductory meetings• Make cold and warm calls, give demos, and close sales• Collaborate with engineering and customer success teams for product feedback• Analyze opportunities for growth and work with marketing to set appointments• Participate in community networking activities to promote accounting or HR software
Requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to speak confidently with mid-level and senior executives• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills• Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-focused• Prior selling or marketing experience is a plus• 1-2 years of experience in cold calling and selling SaaS or IT products preferred• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and ability to self-manage• Huge plus: experience selling to HR Manager, CEO, Accountant, or Finance Manager
