Business Development Executives

Train new salespeople & Principals (regular training).- Develop relationship with sales people, principals and players in the industry.- Recruitment through seminars & relationship building.- Develop businesses (Franchisees)- Conduct trainings & MC events.- Present employment & franchise opportunities to prospects**Requirements**:- Male / Female, max. 35 years old.- Min. 2 years of experience preferred- Having experience in property minimum 5 years- Passioned in service & Property business- Fresh graduates with fluent English are also encouraged to apply.- Has an excellent communication and presentation skill.- Possess a public speaking and networking skill and able to conduct trainings.- Has own vehicle and willing to travel both overseas and through-out Indonesia.- Attractive, self motivated, responsible, a good team-player, with a can-do attitude
