Business Development Executive / Account Manager

Requirement:- Woman, age max 40 years old- Minimum 2 years of work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Account Manager in IT Solutions or Services company- Having experience in IT Staffing/Resourcing business preferred- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities**Job Description**:- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer matters- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp9,000,000 per month**Experience**:- Business Development: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
