Business Development B2B - Makassar

**Responsibilities**:- Listen to tenant concerns, issues and questions; identify and assess tenant needs to achieve satisfaction- Build sustainable relationships and trust with tenants through open and interactive communication- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods or tools- Handle tenant complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, also follow up to ensure resolution- Keep records of tenant interactions, process tenant accounts and file documents- Take the extra mile to engage tenants and develop revenue tenants for long-term business**Qualifications**:- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field (key account executive, marketing, or sales).- Having experience in the e-commerce or startup industry (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and etc).- Willing to be placed in Bali**Salary**: Rp5,500,000 - Rp8,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Makassar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Experience**:- Business Development/ Sales Representative: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (preferred)
