Job Description: Responsible for achieving performance targets in the managed area, planning on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis based on overall goals, executing these plans, and evaluating results; Overseeing stores in the managed area, inspecting the overall situations of the stores in the area, detecting violations or irregularities in these stores, and implementing improvements; Responsible for organizing store events such as grand openings/soft openings, promotions, major events during holidays, to increase the stores' turnover; Handling and recording various operational issues reported by customers, equipment issues, product issues, complaints, food safety issues, etc. Providing timely and effective support to partner customers and reducing problems; Maintaining relationships with customers in the area, maintaining good relations with business partners, instilling/introducing the company culture to business partners, so that the company's values ??align with partner customers; Collecting and analyzing core operational data in the area, processing data in a timely manner, addressing abnormal data, and ultimately compiling regional operational reports; Completing other tasks assigned by superiors. Job Qualifications: Fluent in speaking, listening, reading, and writing in Mandarin, at least at the HSK level 4 or above. Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) education, with a background in Business Management or Marketing preferred. Proficient in operating Word, Excel, PowerPoint, with strong data sensitivity. Proficiency in video shooting and editing is an added value.
