To ensure that we are able to serve the nation for another 50 years, we are undergoing a digital transformation; strengthening and expanding our solid business pillars by developing new digital business initiatives.Our vision is to enlight all the people in Indonesia with all the knowledge we have.Analyze the performance of all marketing activities including marketing channels, marketing campaigns, merchant partners, and merchant promotions.Develop and deliver recommendations based on performance analysis to improve the business side, digital marketing, merchant acquisition, social media, and marketing campaign strategies.Monitor and measure website and in-app marketing performance to identify opportunities for improvement.Develop and deliver a report on the marketing performance of all marketing initiatives.Conduct multipurpose marketing research, customer surveys, analyze benchmarking data and evaluate satisfactions members / stakeholders.Research and implement marketing tools to support marketing operations.Work closely with business units in the Kompas Gramedia ecosystem to provide marketing insights and recommendations based on marketing and promotion performance analysis.Economics, statistics, mathematics, or computer science graduate from reputable universitiesHaving min. 1-year experience of data analysisNumbers orientedAgile and strong interest in problem-solvingProficient in written and verbal communication in Bahasa and EnglishPossess effective and efficient communication skillsConsistent and possess good time management skillsWilling to learn, fun, sharp, proactive, energetic, work with enthusiasm, and a good team player and communicationUnderstanding marketing funnels, managerial economics, software engineering, e-commerce, startup industry, SQL, Python, and algorithm concepts is a plusCan work with a fun but straightforward, challenging, and severe management style
